Ultimate Foot & Hand Massage
Learn to spoil each other with a rejuvenating foot and hand massage that is
both therapeutic and pampering.
In a single, three (or two) hour workshop,
each partner will learn:
- How to give your partner reflexology, acupressure, joint mobility and repeative strain injury therapies.
- Specific techniques for arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and plantar fasciitis.
- Maintence stretches for the ankles and wrist.
- Includes instructional video CD.
Workshop fee: $85-$110 per
couple or pair
(fees vary depending on location)
Great for computer users, runners, dancers, hikers or hobbyist. Techniques
are performed seated. Bring a large towel and pair of thin sox. Fee is per couple with partner required.
